I’ve always loved working in the care sector, helping others to live their lives. Over the years I have also worked in the animal care sector which I equally loved. After my own journey to overcoming challenges in my life I really wanted to be able to support people in the way I had been, this led me to training to become a counsellor.
After completing an introduction to counselling I went on to the foundation degree and then the BA(Hons) in counselling where I gained a first. Alongside this I completed the TA101 course and the ASIST course.
I have always enjoyed connecting with others and became fascinated with the dynamics of relationships, with a special interest in couples so I decided I’d further my training by completing the Human Givens couples therapy course.
I feel passionately about helping others to overcome challenges in their lives, to lead a life they want to be a part of.
I feel truly honoured that clients feel comfortable enough to trust me to be vulnerable and share their challenges with me and absolutely love what I do.
